SOUNDS OVER SEAS & RANDOM JAMS team up to provide a full evening and night packed with dancefloor heaters ranging from all corners of genre spectrum.
First up we have Ronja. She is a Berlin-based DJ, radio host, and dancer. She co-founded the Random Jams event series and is a member of the THF Radio community and Crisp Collective. Influenced by London's vibrant jazz and bass culture, Ronja explores a range of sounds from heavy bass and club music to calming sonic journeys. She has performed at various live venues like AEDEN, Mensch Meier, Sadler’s Wells (UK), festivals such as Fusion and Garbicz (PL), as well as notable events like Berlinale. Ronja has also exchanged music with a diverse range of artists, sharing stages with the likes of Dinamarca and DNGDNGDNG, hosting Gavsborg (Equiknoxx) on her own show and playing for Equiknoxx on NTS. Recently she interviewed artists and performers at iç içe Festival for THF Radio, featuring Ebow, Nour, Bangerfabrique, and many more.
Next up we have Julian Bainbridge who is a Berlin-based DJ and founder of the label Sounds Over Seas. He first stepped behind the decks during his late teens at a highschool party and has been on a loveride journey ever since.
The inspiration he takes from music are multidimensional and range from the obscure and free, to more straight forward and groovy. He is an advocate of vinyl culture always on the hunt for that long forgotten deep cut. His sets encompass a magnitude of sounds and moods, but soul is key. When producing he uses this same approach, aiming to create something artisticaly unique with the means at hand.
Next to his label duties, he is heavily involved at Open Tiny Records and also a resident at the Schimmer Records Collective.
Then we have Manolo.
Originally from The USA, Manolo started to learn how to spin records when living in Boston, MA. He left New York City to move to Germany in 2018. Now based in Berlin, Germany he has been able to play various clubs, festivals, and DIY dance floors in Berlin as well other countries Europe and the United States. He is an avid vinyl collector with a multi genre sound but when playing parties he mainly focuses on Disco, 80's and 90s House, Acid House, and more. The easiest way to summarize his taste is that he plays Music for adults.
And finally michi (he/him) who is a Berlin-based DJ and co-organiser of the event series Random Jams.
From soul, disco, reggae, and new wave to R&B, jazz, Detroit house, and techno, Mother Tongues Radio is about exploring different dialects of a language we all understand.

Drawing inspiration from the energy of the 70’s New York and fusing it with the 21st century dance floor, The Disco Express parties are fun, inclusive, and where the good times take you deep into the night.
Put on your dancing shoes and let our house become your house.
See you in Berlin,
